What are the payment deadlines?
A $300 non-refundable deposit is due by Sunday, April 19 to hold your spot. The remaining balance must be paid by May 15, which is also the last day to register. Payment details will be sent after you submit your registration form.
Do I need to know the music before I arrive?
You don't have to, but we strongly encourage it! Learning the repertoire ahead of time makes rehearsals go smoother and the concerts more unified. You can find the full playlist on YouTube and a downloadable PDF on our music page.
Do I need to audition to join?
No! This tour is open to youth who love God and want to use their voice to proclaim the gospel.
What does the Weekend Pass include?
Weekend rehearsals + participation in all Sunday concerts. You handle your own travel and lodging.
Is there an age requirement?
The tour is designed for youth and young adults. Contact us if you have questions about a specific age.
Can families join together?
Absolutely — we have a family discount for 2+ members on the Full Tour.
What if I can only do part of the tour?
The One Week option lets you join for one leg of the trip. Contact us and we'll help you figure out the best fit.
